Testing real-time communication, integrations, asynchronous workflows and data consistency.

Validation of event-driven and asynchronous paths keeping conversations, replies and campaign statuses synchronised across the integration layer, backend services and portal. Investigated a thread ID mismatch that caused conversations to disappear from the portal despite records existing in the database, tracing the fault across services from development through to production.
